After previously renovating and the cafenasium in 2018, the CHASSE team has returned to Madison Park to rebuild the remainder of campus. Due to the size and scope of this project, our team is completing it in phases:
Phase 1 focuses on the east side of campus and starts with the demolition of the gymnasium. In its place, buildings A, B, and C will be constructed. These will be 1 and 2 story classroom buildings and a new administration office. In total, Madison Park will be getting 81,323 SF of new, usable space in Phase 1!
Phase 2 tackles the west side of campus with construction starting in the Summer of 2023. During this phase, the school will be getting their new gymnasium and preschool building! In total, Phase 2 brings an additional 30,876 SF of useable space.

Can I visit the school while it’s under construction?
Safety is CHASSE’s #1 priority. For this reason, we can’t bring unauthorized community members onto our active construction site. We will do our best to provide community members with opportunities to be involved in construction by hosting events, sharing information & photos on this site, offering community days and more. Please stay tuned for more information on these events!
How will construction affect my neighborhood?
